Market and Dividend Information

Since February 9, 1998, the Common Stock has been quoted on the Nasdaq Stock Exchange under the symbol "HFBC." As of March 4, 2018, there were approximately 1,100 stockholders of the Company's Common Stock, with approximately 700 held in the name of the owner and the remainder held in street name. Below are the high and low stock prices of the Common Stock for the periods indicated.

A cash dividend of $0.04 per share was declared in all four quarters of 2016 and the first quarters of 2017. A cash dividend of $0.05 per share was declared in the second, third and fourth quarters of 2017. The high and low price range of the Company's common stock for 2017 and 2016 is set forth below.

Dividends, when and if paid, are subject to determination and declaration by the Board of Directors at its discretion, which will take into account the Company's consolidated financial condition and results of operations, the Bank's regulatory capital requirements, tax considerations, economic conditions, regulatory restrictions, and other factors; and there can be no assurance that dividends will be paid or, if paid, will continue to be paid in the future. The payment of future dividends by the Company will depend in large part upon the receipt of dividends from the Bank, and is subject to various tax and regulatory restrictions on the payment of dividends.
