A. Based in Terre Haute, Indiana, we now serve communities in IN, IL, KY, and TN. With 83 banking centers and 5 loan production offices, we’re always close to home.
A. You’ll continue to benefit from working with the same people in the same locations, with the same commitment to community banking and customer service. In addition, once we have fully combined the operations of our two banks, you’ll have access to a wider range of products and services, from personal and business banking to commercial lending and home loans. A. You’ll see the First Financial logo on signage in all bank locations, but otherwise not much will be changing right now. You should continue to use your same accounts, with your same checks and debit cards. You may bank online, by telephone, and at our current offices and ATMs. AND, you will be greeted by the same friendly people. A. Over the next few months, we will be working to bring our technologies together so we can serve our customers most efficiently. We expect this will be completed later this fall. At that time, your accounts and services will become similar accounts and services at First Financial. We will mail you a comprehensive Welcome Kit in advance with complete information and updates. A. Yes, you should continue to use your current checks. If you need additional checks, please reorder them just as you normally do. A. Yes, account numbers will remain the same for virtually all accounts. The few customers that will need to update their account numbers will be notified separately. A. Yes, please continue to use your current Heritage Bank card. Just before we make the final transition to First Financial Bank this fall, you’ll receive a new First Financial card with full instructions on activating and using it. A. Yes, these will all continue at this time. You will receive any important updates affecting your accounts prior to the final transition to First Financial. A. Yes, everything remains the same right now. Continue to make your payments in the same way you do today. A. Yes, your deposit accounts remain insured by the FDIC up to the limits allowed by law. A. We’ll keep in touch in a number of ways, from mailing letters to posting updates here at bankwithheritage.com/joiningtogether. A. Please stop into your local office, or you can call 866.749.2265 during regular business hours.
